Notes: There is a brief dedication to "The right worshipful and worthily honoured Sir Charles Barkeley Knight" and heartily wishing him all true happiness. This is the Somerset based royalist Sir Charles Berkeley, later 2nd Viscount Fitzhardinge of Berehaven, who died in 1668. He was the husband of Penelope Godolphin.
